The Annual General Meeting Finance will be held on Sunday 8 September following a combined service at 1000 am. Audited financial reports for 2023-24 and the budget for 2024-25 will be available for distribution on Sunday 25 August.
Communion Sunday for the 900 am service would normally be the 8th but will move to Sunday 15 September because of the combined service on the 8th.
Seeking a new minister. Council is liaising with Presbytery to commence the process of finding a new minister to follow on from Rev Geoff Dornan after his retirement in late 2025.
Office staff. Council agreed that there be two office staff positions, namely Office Manager working 20 hours a week and Administrative Officer working 16 hours a week. The job descriptions are being updated. Cindy Ong will be the Office Manager and the other position will be advertised. Cindy is working alone in the office for 25 hours a week until the second position is filled.
All the lights in the front carpark will soon be replaced. Adequate lighting is a major safety issue and about half the lights have now failed.
