The TFG meets weekly during school terms in the Vercoe Room at 10am for a varied program of speakers and activities followed by lunch. The initial half-hour of exercises led by a YMCA instructor has been increasingly popular. The TFG is all-member participation in both tasks and entertainments. We hope that this year we can welcome many new members who have graduated to the rank of 'retired'.
Study groups meet in homes around Canberra most weeks. All are welcome. Check the Church Notices or with the parish office for the next date and a suitable location.
The Wesley Choir is a group of enthusiastic and experienced choral singers. The Choir sings on Sundays at the 10.30am service from February to Christmas. It also performs on special ecumenical and civic occasions. Choir practice is in the Church on Wednesdays from 7:45 – 9.15pm, with a warm up at 9.50am on Sundays. The tennis club meets practically every Saturday afternoon on the courts behind Wesley church. From the beginning of the calendar year until the end of daylight savings, tennis starts at 4pm while the rest of the year starting time is 2pm. A number of members also play on spring, summer and autumn Thursday evenings. We hope to resurface the second court in the near future. All welcome. For 30 years a friendly group of any age and standard has played on the Wesley courts on Tuesday mornings. The emphasis is on exercise, friendship and fellowship. All welcome. Contact Anne through the parish office.

Coffee Craft and Chat (CCC)
This group has been quietly operating on Tuesday afternoons for many years and offers friendship and support for its members, who principally comprise women over a certain age! CCC meets in members homes from 2pm to about 4pm every Tuesday from February to November except on the last Tuesday of each month when they meet at a café. The location for the coming week is always listed in the church notices. Chat is compulsory, Coffee can be substituted for tea and Craft is completely optional. If you would like to come along, just turn up to the venue listed on the back page of the notices or contact the convener, Kerri through the parish office for the next location.

Dorcas Ladies Fellowship
The Dorcas Ladies Fellowship Group gathers at 12 noon on the second Wednesday of each month at St Aidan's, Brockman St, Narrabundah. It is a warm and friendly group, especially for seniors, which meets to enjoy lunch together and to raise money for places in need around the world.

Friends of God
FOG is a traditional youth group by a different name. Activities are designed around a 7:30 Friday night gatherings at Canberra Baptist Church and once a month in the Lancaster Gymnasium - an excellent facility for young people who are interested in sport. A large number of those who come to FOG are students from Telopea High School. Everyone is welcome.

KUCA
Children in grades 2 to 6 meet on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th Fridays of each term at 5:30pm for dinner, devotions, games and other activities. Everyone is welcome. Contact Tanya through the parish office.

Whippersnappers (WWP)
Whippersnappers is a free playgroup, held at 10am every Monday morning in the main Foyer. Parents and carers enjoy having a coffee and chat with members of the Wesley family. Contact Brenda at the parish office.

Upper Room
Upper Room is a group for High School age students, and takes place during our 10-30am worship service at Wesley. It is an opportunity for young people to explore the Christian faith in a supportive environment, and to share questions within a setting where there is no pressure to conform. Any questions? Sunday Club is our “Sunday School”, and operates during both the 9am and 10.30am services at Wesley. There is learning, craft, singing and fun for Primary School age children. Any questions? Please contact the parish office.
